Tina Fernandez
Tina Fernandez graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Communication Arts. She studied painting privately with Federico Aguilar Alcuaz, Fernando Sena and Stella Rojas. She held her first solo show "Pintuan" at the Boston Gallery in Quezon City in 2003, followed by two other solo shows at Pinto Gallery and Boston Gallery in 2004 and 2005. In 2004, she initiated a project to establish an alternative center for art education with fellow artist-friends. Shortly after, Art Informal was founded with its headquarters at her former residence in Greenhills, Mandaluyong City. Straddling the demands of a busy corporate life and her creative pursuits, she stands at the helm as the director of Art Informal.
